Look Better Naked: WOD 4/26 Friday

โ€œ18 Minutes of Heavenโ€

5 Stations โ€“ 1 minutes on each, rest 1 minute after completing all 5 stations. 3 rounds for reps, 18 minutes total.

1. Standing bike (burner only, doesnโ€™t count towards reps)

2. Med ball slams (20/16)

3. Hollow Rocks (count rocks)

4. Ring Rows

5. Push Ups

Why deadlift? To increase strength and muscle mass. Because deadlift is a compound movement it utilizes nearly every major muscle of your body as well as the small stabilizer muscles in your body. So doing a deadlift is almost like doing a leg press, a back extension, a lying leg curl, a abdominal crunch, a gripping exercise, and a straight-arm pull down all at the same time.
