Hello everyone! I have been getting questions of what kind of protein powder I use after my workouts.ย Well, here it is! I get all my products from GNC. I drink my shakes immediately after my workouts. Protein shakes are extremely important in my diet. In picking your protein powder, its all Trial-and-error.ย I like this one because this chocolate favor tastes good.ย
When there are days I don’t have my protein powder, I go grab a chicken or turkey sandwich.ย Remember, meats are protein too.ย

Yes, it’s coconut water in my fridge.ย Out of all the juices out there, I prefer drinking coconut juice as my first choice. Also, it’s delicious :D
