Look Better Naked: What I eat for breakfast
So after my workouts in the morning, I usually have this:
Oatmeal (with Chia Seeds, Unsalted dry Almonds, Cinnamon, Dried Prunes)
Coconut Juice
Protein Shake
Today’s WOD: “Death By Bar Bell”
5 Rounds for time:
15 Deadlifts @ 45 lbs
12 Hang Cleans
9 Front Squats
6 Push Jerks

Look Better Naked: 02/27/2012 WOD
Happy Monday! I just finished my WOD (WOD means ‘Work Out of the Day’) & now I’m drinking my protein shake while typing this…so, this is what I did today:
84 Burpees in 7 minutes
100 Pushups, 100 Situps, 100 Squats. My time: 9:35 seconds
50 Kettle Bell Swings @ 30lbs
Music playing- Watch the Throne Album, Jay-Z & Kayne West
