Look Better Naked: Sandwiches I Eat & What I drink
Turkey and Avocado: Wheat bread, no Mayo, light Mustard Club Sandwich: Wheat bread, no Mayo I drink WATER with all my meals :D It’s cheap and 0 calories. On my cheat days, I’d drink sparking water. Remember, H20 is our fountain of youth :D Hope everyone had a good and safe St Patrick’s Day.  Jayne

Look Better Naked: Things I use at the gym
My gym bag- Lululemon Jump rope, with extra weights on the handles. I do about 30-40 minutes it. If the treadmill is boring you, this is a great way to change up your cardio. Starbucks-Nonfat Latte  Reebok RealFlex shoes Nike Baseball gloves (great for lifting) Kettle bells
