Look Better Naked: Don't know what to eat?
Salad bars are the best! It’s my default spot when I comes to not knowing what to eat.  It has everything you need (protein, fruits, veges) and you can make it your own.  Things I avoid are croutons and dressings. Use olive oil and vinegar instead.  Yelp the nearest salad bar near you…it has helped me through my tough times.  -Jayne

Burpees No matter how fit you are, burpees never gets easier.  Burpees is a great work out for the whole body.  You can do this anywhere…garage, your room, living room, etc. No equipment needed. No time to hit the gym? 30 minutes of this is good. (topless cross fitters are common haha)
