Look Better Naked: CrossFit Friends
Hope you had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend! This past Saturday, our CrossFit Members ran a fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Club in Alameda. We had a Bake Sale and a Brown Bag Lunch Sale. What a success… we ended up raising more than $1600 and no one got hurt during our WODs.
At the end, we were drained. The heat from the sun didn’t help us either. We were all pounding down water, Gatorade, and protein shakes whenever we got the chance. I definitely felt dehydrated all day…so remember to keep on drinking water throughout the day (now that the weather getting hotter).
